"Hotel to provide dining water for coffees."

"Good family place to stay "

"Our room needed firther cleaning, there was trash next to the coffee maker and the hair dryer was full of finger prints. The room did not have any bottle water and when I asked the front desk they asked me if I was sure of there was not any in the room. There were other guests in front of me that asked for water becuase their room didn't have any and fhey were provoded with the water without hesitation. The quality of the complimentary drinks was horrible and when I bought two drinks the quality was not any better. In addition the bartender told other guests they got two complimentary drinks sonce it was happy hour but they charged me for my drinks. The breakfast was average. We have been coming here for years and after this I an inclined to find another hotel in the area. "

"No frig, no microwave, no shampoo, or blow dryer not even a coffee maker. This was travel inconvenience. And no, I didn't see this wasn't listed online for amenities."

"They gave me an upgrade after a slight complication with my reservation. Went above and beyond IMO. Excellent staff. Will definitely be back. "

"Amazing location, but definitely felt the tone of rudeness with the staff at check in when they noticed I had purchased the stay through a 3rd party. The hot tubs where children are allowed are not the ones that face the ocean."
