"We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. Comfortable sofas and beds, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure for the showers and simple check in and check out process. "We had a good welcome by Mark on our arrival who took time to tell us about the area and transport. The room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge with fresh water and milk everyday. Very good choice of breakfast, cooked and presented well. There is also private parking on the grounds. The Mustard tree is located within walking distance for the train station and also a beautiful walk along coast to St. Ives. Also there are plenty of beaches in the local area."

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind and we ended up being able to park in the hotel parking lot, which was a nice surprise. The room definitely needed to be updated and didn’t match the photos (we had a huge shag carpet in our room over the original rug which was clearly used to cover a big stain but honestly really kind of gross). I wouldn’t say our room was all that clean but the bedding was spotless and the bed itself was comfortable. Location was fantastic, right across from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was standard (coffee was bad). Again, can’t state enough how friendly and helpful the staff were."

"Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the value for money for this beautiful house. We stayed for just under 2 weeks and we loved it. The location is excellent; very easy walking distance from the harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean. The parking is close to the house and the hosts were brilliant at responding to messages (thank you!) Highly recommend a stay!"
