Stayed at the hotel to attend the Hall for Cornwall for a show. The hotel is yards away from the venue with secure parking and central location in the city. The room and bathroom were not overly large but comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was varied and teas served within minutes. The staff without exception were welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go again.

Staff excellent, Catering excellent, Venue excellent. BUT We booked with Expedia. So we had room 17 Beware room 17. Kitchen noise Smell. No view, bath chipped, shower a joke. Clearly the punishment room

Clean and tidy property didn't like the walk up the stairs no lift. Bit of a hike too the top floor

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. The position is excellent and the parking a real bonus. Staff were really friendly, particularly Emma, who served us in the restaurant.
