The property was right on the side of a very busy street and was not oceanfront like we expected. We had a parking lot behind us, busy street to the side and another road just steps from the front door. One side of the duplex had a mini split not central air and then til would not go cooler than 72 degrees which in our world is too hot to...

"The property was amazing! Very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The pullout couch was even comfortable. The location was ideal being that you can walk to the beach. Which is a must because parking on Sanibel is impossible. The bikes were fantastic! The fact that you did not need a key or key card to get into the unit was really nice. One less thing to have to carry around and potentially lose. The ice cream shop next door was great as well as the bagel sub shop next door as well!...
