"Nuestra estadía en Hyatt Ziva fue simplemente espectacular. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal nos recibió con una atención cálida y profesional, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos en todo momento. Las instalaciones están impecablemente cuidadas, con áreas comunes hermosas, habitaciones cómodas y espacios muy limpios. La variedad y calidad de la comida superaron nuestras expectativas; cada restaurante ofrecía opciones deliciosas y un excelente servicio. La playa y las piscinas son impresionantes, perfectas para relajarse y disfrutar en familia. Además, las actividades y el entretenimiento estuvieron muy bien organizados, proporcionando diversión para todas las edades. Lo que más destacó fue la amabilidad y disposición del personal, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad y comprometido con brindar una experiencia memorable. "The facilities are beautiful, but what truly distinguished the experience was the service, an absolute 10 out of 10. There is something about Dominican culture that lends itself naturally to hospitality. The staff never seemed to see obstacles; they saw solutions. A perfect example came on our last night. We were trying to decide between the French and Italian restaurants and asked the hostess which she preferred. Rather than choosing one, she simply said, “We’ll bring you both menus. Pick and choose whatever you’d like from either, or both.” That attitude characterized our entire stay. Whatever we asked for, they found a way to exceed our expectations. The pool service was outstanding, as was the food. The spa was excellent, and our room had a wonderful view and all the amenities we could have wanted. We were also assigned an individual named Carlos Barreto, who became our go-to person throughout the stay. He arranged restaurant and spa reservations and handled anything else we needed. When I misplaced my Apple Watch, Carlos even tracked it down through Lost & Found and got it back to me. That level of personal attention makes a difference. The one disappointment was the beach. Unfortunately, there is considerable sargassum. The resort diligently cleans the sand every morning, but much of the seaweed remains on the ocean floor,"

"The hotel is beautiful. The garden, the pool, the lobby and the rooftop were stunning. Marina Cap Cana is a great area to stay. Booked a courtyard room but the room in the photos on Expedia was not available. Personally the courtyard room that was offered I don’t think is good value for money as the courtyard is not very private in my experience. My experience was met with defensive and passive aggressive behaviour from a member of the hotel staff which was upsetting. The member of staff did apologise when I raised my concerns about the manner in which I was spoken to. Despite this the staff were kind and very helpful and I did enjoy my stay. I appreciated the use of the adapter and the recommendations for the local area."

"This place is so great. The location, the views, the set up... the host gave us great dinner recommendations!!! I would recommend a golf cart rental! Thanks for a great, short but quality stay!!!"

New! Bright & Stylish Getaway in Cap Cana

"The apartment was new and clean! Came fully packed with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, it’s like a home away from home. Very comfortable and very responsive and supportive host to assist with anything you need. The community has e-bikes and golf carts you can use to explore around, I personally used the e-bikes a lot to go to the mini mart near by. Uber/Uber-eats can’t access the community easily, so ensure to have a driver and get them access from the host for the duration of your stay. However, they have been times when Uber could access both pick up and drop off, since many near by have Cap Cana access. Overall, definitely my place to stay whenever I am in Punta Cana. Community is safe, security is fully present, Pool is clean and apartment is well maintained. Dont hesitate to stay here, it’s better than to be near all the hotels, peace and quiet and still close to everything!"
