The water was beautiful! The Gulf was crystal clear and the beach seating was awesome. The pools were perfect temperature and well kept. The bar staff was very kind and always available. Great all around place.

The staff make this place amazing. The entertainment team work hard day and night to provide fun and engaging games and events. The service is amazing the food is so good! The beach seating is by far the nicest we saw and is not very busy which was a plus.

Majestic Elegance was amazing!! We got married there, and the staff on all fronts went to great lengths to make sure that our stay was excellent!! The restaurant choices, drinks, and ALL amenities were great!! Our rooftop, plunge pool room was spacious and amazing. The club benefits are top tier!! I’d def recommend this property for couples, weddings or families.

The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was amazing and made our honeymoon so special. We recommend eating at the Bistro 9 Doors as they had the best food. We also recommend checking out their sister hotel that you can access right next door as there seemed to be more actives going on since it’s more catered to families. If you are able to get club access, we definitely recommend it as it was worth the upgrade for us. Lastly, we had such a relaxing time at the spa we recommend if you get a chance to stop buy it’s well worth the money.

We had an amazing time most of the staff would go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The butlers seemed a bit too overworked and hard to reach at times. Excellent, excellent attentiveness to food allergies and dietary restrictions when requested. I felt much more comfortable eating in the restaurants than at most places I have visited, at home (vancouver Canada) or abroad.

One of the highest class resorts I’ve ever stayed at! Staff were wonderful and attentive to any need.
