Decent place considering the budget friendly prices, dont expect quiet on this place, they have music until 3 or 4 am and no parking alot available, must park outside and find your own spot, dont expect luxury but again is good for the price

Perfect location with eating places in front of property and or a few feet away , pharmacy around the corner , las palapas park about 300 meters away walking distance. Noisy, a little bit BUT is Downtown Cancun

Great location. Great customer service. Downside was the showers. The water smelled bad making it unpleasant to try to shower. Towels felt very rough and old. Air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable. Price was good. Just the smell of the water was a big con for me.

I like that has many food options around in a very good walking distance. The staff was supper friendly and thats always a plus... I dint like that the water on the shower took a while to have strength to go through the pipe . Other than that was ok.

Not bad for the price, near the bus station which is good if you take the bus to downtown from the airport and only have carryon it’s an easy walk. Clubs with loud music on either side but didn’t affect my sleep. Needs some minor renovations but all around decent for a cheap hotel in cancun.

Property was decent for the money, but it desperately needs some maintenance in many areas. Staff was very friendly and room was kept clean. Excellent water pressure and good working AC unit, unfortunately no fridge in the rooms. Bar across the street turns up the music very loud and is noticeable till 3 or 4am ….. definitely bring some earplugs 😂

Location was good however the bathroom was dirty and mouldy. Rooms looked better on the pictures. Not very impressed.

Convenient location, way too noisy

Hotel is conveniently located near main ADO bus terminal. However, condition of room was fair and wifi was slow. Biggest issue was non-stop noise from club across the street until 3am (on a Sunday night). Staff was unwilling to move us to a room further from street. Don't stay here. There are better, quieter hotels which are also close to the bus terminal in the same price range.

Hotel hard to get to no cab driver can get in to drop you so may as well walk to it from the ado bus station a short distance away . It was ok clean for a 2 to 3 star hotel nothing fancy a bed . No Wi-Fi even at front desk . Wi-Fi very vital to confirm airline .nite clerk watching video on phone ./WiFi ?
