Host abandoned us, no communication at all!

We booked the VRBO months in advance. Started inquiry 4 days in advance, never replied. We had to find alternative accommodations from the Cancun airport at 11:00 pm! VRBO support was helpful.
Stayed 7 nights in Jan 2024
