Situated in one of the most desirable locations in Kingston, you`ll have easy access to the city`s most popular attractions and amenities. This delightful space is perfect for anyone looking for a temporary escape while visiting Kingston.

BED: The room has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The room also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower, a bath, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
Amenities: The following basic amenities are situated within the room: - mini fridge - microwave - crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 43` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine or stove/oven. If you require laundry services, we suggest you try `Top Cat Dry Cleaner,` located at 158/45 Eastlake Parade, Foreshore, Kingston, Australian Capital Territory 2604. They are open from Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 6:30PM, Saturday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, and Sunday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Additionally, we would be happy to provide you with restaurant recommendations.
PARKING: There are no dedicated parking spots for the apartment. However, free 2-hour parking is available at Tench Street and paid parking on Giles Street is charged per hour.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Central apartment location with government offices, restaurants, shopping centers, and parks nearby. Top restaurant recommendations include Walt & Burley, The Dock, and Queenies. Must-visit places include Questacon, Old Parliament House, and National Museum of Australia.
There are multiple bus stops in the vicinity. If you`re interested in taking public transportation, you can plan your journey using Kingston Transit or the Kingston Access Bus. On the other hand, if you wish to use a more private mode of transportation, you can opt for Uber or other taxi services.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. 1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
