"When it costs around $200 for a single room, expect the services offered: - NO gym/wellness facilities, you have to walk in the rain 5 minutes one block to another hotel. Is this a 4* hotel? - The key panel to enter the room was very dirty with chocolate ice cream or similar. - The complementary coffee/tea machine in the library was "out of order". - The air conditioning did not work at first. - When I came to return the keys I had to wait a while, I had to make a phone call.
