"Before I signed up for this stay I read reviews and some didnt like the no reception and code for entry into rooms, but for me this was so convenient and easy. However, the check in could have been more prominently displayed and easier to access. Consequently, I have neither checked in nor out!!! Bit of a flaw."

"What a lovely place to stay! Staff were fabulous, room was lovely, comfortable and good size. Breakfast was lovely, dining options also good. Close to many areas, so central for a quick work visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"

"Clean and cosy room. Beds were comfortable enough as were the pillows. Bathroom was okay, good shower pressure though only 2 towels for three people? No microwave but a toaster & kettle plus enough crockery, cups, glasses and cutlery. Overall we were happy with the room and our stay. "
