"There was no air conditioning in my room. They sent a mechanic to fix it at 2am. Did not get fixed. The solution- they sent me a fan to use! I have the picture of the fan in my room. "

"We had a nice sized interior room with good, working A/C. Family had another room w/balcony facing la Rambla. Their room was hot. A/C not working, was given a fan but still quite hot. Staff tried to be helpful but not really. For example, there was construction in the ROOM next door. Front desk said this was construction in the next building when, in fact, it was the ROOM next door. He said he would tell workers to be mindful esp during afternoon naptime hours. Nice, big buffet for breakfast. Good location. Convenient to metro and busy la Rambla area! Our interior room was quiet. "
