The hotel is old and dated with paint falling off the walls. It is clear that the hotel is not very well maintained. In the room , stains were present on the wall and the handle to open the window was broken. In the elevator, the walls were scratched and the floor was very dirty. The hallways to the rooms had a strange smell of sewer with little to no ventilation present in the hallway. The construction was strange and the finishes present in the room and hallway were cheap. I was expecting something higher quality consistent with the quality of an NH collection level hotel given the higher cost I paid. Despite this, the staff were very nice and helpful at all times.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated all our needs. The location was great with a shopping mall and tons of food choices just across the street. The room was clean and a good size for our family of 3. I would recommend this hotel.

I believe this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. The location is perfect—within walking distance of a shopping center and well-connected by public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

A lovely stay!

My family and I stayed at NH Constanza at the end of August and had a lovely time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Yasin was helpful in directing us to the car park and helping us with our luggage to our room. His service was excellent! Thank you Yasin! Also we would like to say a huge thank you to Pol who was so welcoming and super helpful. He helped us with our queries and went above and beyond! :-) The room we had was clean and the service from house keeping was wonderful. A free 30 minute spa session was included in our stay everyday which was fantastic. We loved using the sauna and pool. The spa also offered facials and massages at an additional cost which was nice to have on offer. The hotel also has a small gym and a rooftop pool. Next door to the hotel is a mall with shops such as Cortefiel, Primark, Parfois and many more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
