"This was my second year, staying at this property and the third for my boyfriend. We love this property so much that we decided to come back this year. The staff was always friendly. Our room was clean. Everything was open till late and the location you cannot beat. The only downside this year is we were placed in the tapa tower and the elevators are split in segments. Four elevators operate for the first set of rooms in the tower and the second set of elevators for the top half of the tower the elevators take forever and usually there is a long line all day, but other than this, our state was amazing. However, I definitely recommend this resort for anyone whether it’s your first time here in Waikiki or it’s your fifth year. The location is just so great. It’s close to everything and you have fireworks on Friday. Best seats in the house."

"It was an okay hotel, not that much space in the room so young families be weary. We had an infestation of flying termites in our room, the staff handled it but obviously not what you wanted to deal with on vacation. I was up all night killing what I found in our clothes and babies clothes. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason but location was great, great staff, good food."

"The rooms and hall lighting could use some updating. The staff is amazing as always. We have stayed multiple times at park shore and they are always so nice and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. Very convenient being right across from the beach. Restaurants and ABC stores and shopping is super convenient within walking distance if hotel. "
