"The staff had zero accountability. I arrived at 2 PM, but no one opened the door. I tried to find their contact details, but the phone number listed on their website was incorrect. I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either.
They completely ruined my day. I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel."
