Clean room, comfortable beds, microwave, tea making facilities and fridge with small milks in it. Continental breakfast included, good and simple even had gluten free bread when we asked. Only stayed overnight so didn’t get to use pool but did look inviting. Car parking available for free. Only complaint was the slippery bath under shower, maybe leave a rubber mat available for older clients.

A great stay in a large comfortable clean room Free breakfast was more than adequate with several cereals and breads for selection. Dinner offer ($60 credit voucher) doesnt fully cover dinner for two but will cover most of the cost.

A comfortable stay for 7 nights. Breakfast was included and there was a choice of cereal, toast and croissants. We did not go the restaurant on site for dinner so I cannot comment on the food however the menu basically had choices of pizza or pasta. Staff were always friendly. We would stay again.

Enjoyable, comfortable stay in the room with spa. However the tv in bedroom did not work and the pods for coffee machine did not fit. Informed staff who were helpful and will fix issues. Otherwise it had everything we needed and the restaurant for dinner had a good menu to choose from. Continental buffet breakfast in the morning was good. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort and Conference Centre. The resort had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and we especially loved the heated pool — it was perfect for enjoying some downtime. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and so accommodating throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, which really made the experience even better. We also thought the package with dinner and breakfast included was excellent value for money. The meals were great and having everything included made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the Ballina Byron Islander Resort. Great amenities, lovely staff and excellent value for money. We would happily stay again!

We have stayed here a number of times now. It's very good value, especially considering that breakfast is included and dinner is often available as an add on at a modest price. It's an older place but more than adequate. Parking directly outside the rooms, water pressure good in the shower, comfy bed and a quiet location.

I booked a room here late one night while travelling along the highway. Despite the last minute (and late night!) booking, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, air conditioning ant TV worked well and the bed was comfortable. Ample parking, too. To my surprise, a continental breakfast buffet was included!
