"Air conditioning was not working great barely blowing any air but the big problem was that the water was freezing when I went to take a shower in the morning. I let it run for at least 10 minutes, but I had to take a shower and leave so I hopped in it was freezing. It got lukewarm near the end then while blow drying my hair, the electricity went off. All I had on was the light when I called down to tell them about it. The lady was polite, but not very helpful. She told me I had to move all my stuff out of the room to get a different room because they were two booked, but the reason I came into town I had to be somewhere at a certain time and I had no time to empty the room before I left let alone take that stuff with me in my car so I ended up not being able to take a shower the next day and when I talked to the lady when I checked out, she had no clue about any of that happening so I doubt they even looked into fixing the room"

When entering room could smell a filthy damp smell WiFi was sketchy went to speak to honey @ reception requested money bk she refused showed us another room even worse bedding filthy pillows disgusting went bk totally refused refund went and stayed in Wyndham in town grand place ! Me and my son where on a week long road trip stayed in different places every night but had never experienced one like this unbelievable state of a place "

"I could write an essay... The staff was lovely. The pool and hot tub was great besides the semi trucks picking up the debris from renovations. Stacks of toilets and bathtubs and mattress outside the window hot tub area. I was informed that there are renovations happening. The front disk clerk told me and I choose to have a room on the first floor because she told me they don't have rooms that have been renovated and have bathtubs. The front desk check in also said it would not be happening until after 8. The work started before 7. It was very very loud and it doesn't feel appropriate that our room should have been rented. Even the fact that I requested a bathtub. Maybe we could have been in another room? "
