"The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

"The apartment is very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Gigi was very responsive and kind. There were some pretty noisy neighbors one night but the property felt safe other than that. One downside was the slow Internet as we were trying to work remotely a couple of the days."

"We thought we would try this type of accommodation this trip as it was pretty close to the normal hotel price we pay. Although I should have read the part where there are stairs, (we are seniors with limited mobility), we were still very happy with the stay. Just much more comfortable that the hotels. "

"This was a fantastic space for the two of us, with an ample deck. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't really spend much time out on the patio, and we were only here for a short stay while visiting friends in Glendale. The only thing to be aware of with this property is the windows: they have regular plastic blinds. Great for privacy, but they're not adequate for blocking out sunlight in the mornings. So if you're looking to sleep in at all, your sleep might be disrupted by the morning light...

"We found this very nice and cozy 1 bedroom accommodated our needs for the 3 days of the CIF Wrestling Championship. Our son was competing, it was a short drive convenient to Mechanics Bank Arena made convenient to go back and forth between matches to get a bit of rest. Highly recommend. "Upon arrival house was dirty, food was in the fridge. You can’t be out at night out side. Homeless people hang out out side property.One time one homeless was laying on the main parking area. Ambulance sirens in the middle of the night. Please don’t based the stayed with only looking at the pictures and title of the place. I definitely got catfish."
