"The staff is friendly , but the rooms needs to be deep cleaned"

"Check in was easy and very welcoming. Room was extremely clean, beds comfortable. Wish there was a regular a/c & heat unit instead of a fan. Complementary breakfast was very good with a number of items to choose from. Checkout was quick and very accommodating. Was surprised to see a pool and hot tub area. Looked very welcoming with excellent surroundings. "

"Bathroom tub and toilet were very dirty. Also water came out red for a while until it became transparent but still had a weird smell. Sink was rusty. Fridge was displaced from the cabinet and was placed next to the bed and was super noisy. "

"Room was mid. Cons: Toilet wasn’t flushing properly, cabinet drawers kept opening (likely due to various slamming doors from other people), various outlets didn’t work. Gym was tiny & elliptical machine was only there for show (it was rusted & there was no cord/plug to power it); no towels stocked at gym (at 6:30 am). No included breakfast - you can pay $15 per person voucher for a meal you typically would have for free at similar hotels. Pros: room was clean; bed was comfortable. Close the freeway and some amenities "

"Sofa bed was very filthy. Cleaning crew was very loud in the hallways during early hours of the morning. Room was in the very back near an entrance so was very loud."
