"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The house was in great shape, and we were fortunate enough to get snow while we were there. There was a little mixup getting into the property having been given the wrong code in the snow, but other than that everything was perfect."

The TV is in the basement room and not the living room so that was a bummer. We went out a lot in the town, but it is always nice to watch a movie together. "Very nice place for weekend. The cabin is nicely built. Overall it was a good value. The central heat did not work, but the place got warm with the fireplace and space heater. The wall heaters in the rooms helped keep them warm. The kitchen could use better cooking utensils, but the appliances were very good. The cabin Was clean on inside but the porch needed sweeping. There is also unsightly throw-away items outside and under the house."

"Michael is a very gracious host who is quick to respond. The cabin is quaint and lovely, while the area is perfect for a quiet getaway close to hiking trails. Highly recommend!"

"Great mountain home for families or friends. Plenty of rooms, even a fun playroom/bedroom for the tykes. Downstairs has pool table and darts and big TV. Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). Appliances are new and modern....

"We used VRBO to find a stay in #FrazierPark and get to play in the snow here in SoCal. What a fun stay. The host was so amazing and kind and was available for our every need. "This is a perfect getaway. It's close enough to Los Angeles, but far enough that you feel like you are not in the city. The house is a cozy place that fit my family of 4 perfectly. We ending up being able to have lots of family time from playing darts in the back, to the provided Pictionary game, to just sitting and reading and enjoying nature. If you are looking for a get away. Get away to this cabin."

"There are many pros to this place. The space is gorgeous. There is a welcoming fireplace and very high ceiling in the living room. I had some questions and the owners texted me right away. They had excellent communication. It was nice to have three bedrooms. Be advised, one of the bedrooms is up in the loft. However, it has a bathroom and felt private. There is a big dining room table. "Two couples and lifelong friends stayed at this beautiful property in September 2023. Everything about the listing was accurately presented. The pictures do not do it justice. The ‘cabin’ is very roomy, full of light and exceptionally decorated. The gourmet kitchen is to die for. This property was especially suited to one of our party with mobility issues. The ‘asterisk’ comes because of a few maintenance issues that individually would never spoil a stay, but combined, makes for a few frown...

"The home was nice and clean. Yard was beautiful. Just a few minor things such as not having an adequate amount of toilet paper for a week long stay, no dishwasher soap, no laundry soap, no paper towels, no hand soap in the bathrooms. That created us having to go shopping immediately when we got to town. The dryer only heated but did not rotate. And a little disappointed in being woke up at seven in the morning, one day with the yard crew. Other than that it was great."
