The apartment was in a great location, it was a big 2/3 apartment, old fashioned but fitted the amazing building over the square. The entrance is though a cafe on the square and the staff weren't aware of our booking and we had to wait until someone brought a key - not too well organised. Overall a good apartment (not hotel) but staff could be better and little more friendly!

Spacious apartment on the third floor overlooking Markt Square. A perfect place from which to enjoy the historic city of Brugge (Bruges) and its Christmas markets. Unlike many buildings of this age, a small, modern elevator made access relatively easy for us. The apartment was quite well insulated from exterior sound and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Although took a while to find as didn’t realise you checked in with waiters from the restaurant below, the room was far better than expected with it being more of an apartment on 2 floors with a great balcony

The location and shopping, dining, the perfect place, was like stepping back into history. The room was just perfect overlooking the marketplace. The only drawback was parking which we fully expected. Just a beautiful place to stay highly recommend.

This place was a palace! I had a two bedroom, two story apartment with a kitchen, living room, huge bathroom and outdoor deck with a view of the Belfry and the Church of Our Lady. From the front I had an amazing view of the Market Square. I was in room #4 and the elevator only went to 3, but staff was happy to assist in bringing my suitcase up the stairs for me. I really couldn't imagine a better hotel and location!

Firstly the location is superb you won’t find better as it’s on the central square in Bruges which is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are big too with plenty of space however they feel very tired and somewhat run down

Excellent location right on the main square. The room was quite dated and in desperate need of redecoration. The photos in the description do not reflect current state of the rooms. Remarkably clean and very comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Nice big room/apt

Very large room/3BR apt, more than I needed but comfortable and well furnished. A bit loud being off the market square in the morning, and lights in windows run all night so hard to keep out the lights with curtains.

The rooms are the upper levels above a restaurant and patio. It’s quiet after hours, during the early evening it depends on the crowd at the restaurant. The room is large and mid May it could have had better heating. Great location directly facing Markt.

THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING, despite what the hotel's website says. You must park in a public parking garage and walk in. Large rooms located above a cafe right over the town square. It's not quiet, given the location, but it is convenient.

Pleasant

The check in person was helpful and kind. Hotel was hard to find because it is a restaurant. You need to go through the restaurant to get upstairs to the room. The room was very large and comfortable but very very tired.

A beautiful place to stay. An elevator (which is good if you are on the 3rd floor. Huge space and quite pretty. The curtains were off the hooks and it is 10 feet up to try to fix them, and some of the windows wouldn’t lock closed. But really a lovely place to stay

This is not a hotel. It is a Restaurant that has some rooms for rent. There is no lobby. You just get to the restaurant and ask for your room key. Very old place but the location is super good
