Home away from Home
Habitat is always a great place to stay. Quiet and comfortable surroundings. Its central to the boat ramps as well as the shopping facilities. The accommodation is practical and has all the utilities to enable self catering and required domestic activities.

It is a well appointed unit with plenty of space for eating and relaxing. Walking around the property is pleasant with lots of palms and other tropical plants. The only downside was we had problems with some of the air-conditioning not always working however the staff went above and beyond to help. Over all it is a great place to stay and I will be returning in the future.

Great gardens and surroundings. Well kept and lush, lots of different plantings. Would have liked a daily resort bus into Broome proper since it was quite a distance from the township. Just a morning and afternoon bus would have been appreciated.

Enjoyed our stay. Quite far outside of town center so having a car was essential. (there is a private taxi service, no Uber) Lovely refreshing pool, rooms clean and tidy, room felt safe with doors/windows properly secured despite the warnings of a rise in break-ins and theft activity in Broome. Management quickly provided a window lock device when we noticed one was missing. Saw a frilled lizard in the trees. Plenty of helpful advice and information from Bobo, and was kind to allow for early checkin and a late check out. Lovely time at Habitat.

Broome adventures
The Habitat Resort was so much better than I was expecting it to be. Large bungalows that are well spaced out, beautiful gardens and well maintained pools. The manager was lovely and helpful and a great guide for things to do around Broome. There are lots of animals to spot around the resort and a nice walk to Roebuck Bay from the back. Will definitely stay here again. Thankyou :)

Perfect family getaway
We had a wonderful time at the habitat resort the staff are very helpful, the rooms are great and the pools are awesome. As a busy family of 6 a family getaway was exactly what we needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Being out of the main town and tourist areas, it was a lovely peaceful place to stay. We loved our morning bush walk to Roebuck Bay. The BBQ worked well and the pools are nice. Found the rattan couch a bit uncomfortable if sat on for an extended time, but that’s our only complaint.

Peaceful location
The staff were very helpful with advice on arrival. Just had a cylcone the day before so staff still removing fallen trees and debrie but the grounds were still tidy and accessable. Pool is fantastic. Wifi is slow to connect but this was put down to storm damage and was being repaired. Overall will continue to call this place home when in Broome.

Loved the bush feel and sounds, felt like a holiday. Too bad reception was mainly not staffed so we couldn't get additional drinks, info.... But, we will stay again, thank you.

The manager very warm and welcoming- provided great local tips for Broome too. Beautiful garden setting and facilities- kids loved both the pools! Would definitely stay here again.

Oasis in Broome
A lovely oasis in Broome - beautiful gardens, lovely staff. It's Broome, so it's expensive, but this has charm and is not badly priced for the town. If you're on a budget, having an apartment is the way to go so some meals can be self catered. If you're a golfer, just a stroll to the golf course - great view of all Broome from the 19th hole. Particularly loved our welcome from the very sweet lady on reception (from Finland) who helped us surprise our girls. Lovely stay!

Great Quiet Base for Fun in Broome
Visited last month with family; the multiple bedrooms with living room and kitchen were just what we needed. The location is a bit out of town, but that kept things quiet and with a vehicle was not an issue..even closer to Gantheume Point for Spectacular sunsets. The management was very helpful...they assisted us in planning several activities and in booking trips. The outdoor grills came in handy

Lush tropical resort
Second time I have stayed at habitat resort, would go back again. Management was so helpful, helped with all the tours, and booked them for us. Lovely rooms, everything that you want is there. Very clean rooms. Quite at night. Suggest hiring a car if staying there, just a bit out of town.

Beautiful resort, good value for money
The resort owner was very friendly, took his time and advised us on places to see, where to eat, etc. The resort itself is beautiful, with lush greenery all around, and two pools available. The bigger pool is where we spent a lot of our time, even in the heat as the trees provide enough shade. The rooms were clean, spacious and cosy. We spent a relaxing 3 days here, and would definitely come back for a longer stay. Though the resort is a few minutes out of town, it is located right on the beach, which is beautiful for a 4WD.

Great family friendly complex
Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Great facilities and very clean and tidy. Awesome swimming pools with a cool water slide for the little ones and not so little ones. We all had a excellent time.

Like coming back home
Second visit to Habitat, first in 2013. On this visit we stayed at 4 locations (elsewhere in Broome, Derby, Eco Beach resort) returning to Habitat for 3 nights before flying back home. As appealing (and spectacular) as some of the other locations were, we were both taken by how relaxed, comfortable and at home we felt when arriving back at Habitat. Well appointed and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful management staff, and after some days enjoying the hot, harsh and stark beauty of other locations the gardens surrounding Habitat accomodation and pools were so welcome and relaxing. An oasis! Once you're on the property you could be miles away.
