Top Brigg Hotel Reviews
Corus St James Hotel Grimsby
10/10 Excellent
"we like the st jamses but it looks a bit rund down but they are doing it up and it shows"
DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful place, quality service, location, amenities, facilities pure gold standard"
The White Swan
8/10 Good
"Room was small but had everything you need. Few shops and places to eat in walking distance. The food they served all just seem to come with chips and was abit overpriced."
Stallingborough Grange Hotel
8/10 Good
"Clean and comfortable room with a lovely shower. Food was good but menu a little limited, not many healthier or lighter options"
Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel
8/10 Good
"The room was basic and appeared to have been made up in a hurry - wastebin liner not fitted to allow waste to be deposited and no teaspoons. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. There was evidence of repair work in the bathroom where different tiles had been poorly fitted - but it was clean and functional. The pizza served at dinner was as good as you would get anywhere in mainland Italy - obviously fresh and piping hot. Breakfast was excellent, a very good selection to serve all tastes, hot food hot and a good selection. Friendly and attentive staff, although a call to reception went unanswered for some while during a busy check-in period. The current drought conditions didn't show off the gardens to their full potential and paved walkways had quite a number of loose slabs."
Holiday Inn Express Hull City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Great choice of breakfast. Nice balcony to sit out with coffee. Rooms good"
Forest Pines Spa & Golf Resort
8/10 Good
"The staff were lovely and very welcoming, and the hotel was exactly what we were looking for — somewhere comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were generally clean, although they could have benefited from a little more attention to dusting. There are also a couple of small improvements that I think would really help elevate the rooms and potentially the hotel’s star rating. Smart TVs would be a great addition, allowing guests to use services such as Netflix, and replacing the shower curtains over the baths with proper shower screens would make a noticeable difference. The gym and swimming pool were both really good and a great addition to the hotel. The signage around the hotel could perhaps be improved, as it can feel a little like a maze when trying to find your way around. The breakfast was really nice, with a good choice of options, and represented good value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel provided everything we needed for a good one-night break. With a few small improvements, it could be even better."

8/10 Good
"This venue has great potential and the new owner and team obviously have an exciting vision for the future. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included) was very tasty. Attention to detail in the room could have been better. Carpet needed hoovering (and replacing) the bed hadn’t been made and although this was remedied, it looked thrown together. The loo seat was a bit ‘mobile’ and there was no hot water in the shower (apparently the boiler had tripped out). Despite all this, it was in a good location for us and a good price. We wish the team well with their continued improvements and hope it is a success."

"Clean, functional, good location."
