"The location overlooking the golf course with a balcony was good , no natural light in room to wake you , excellent breakfast and great staff who did everything possible for me "
"Hotel was lovely. Breakfast great. Staff really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Cleethorpes in general needs cleaning up and at night did not like people sleeping in the doorways "
"All staff we encountered were friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was very good. Decent choice of drinks in bar.
We stayed in a room at the end of the building, was quiet not disturbed by other guests.

"Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Property has a huge car park and the hotel us easy to find, in an out if town location. Expevt to have a £100 security depusit tajen which i find u usual and is someyhing aybe the hote, will address in future. Rest assured the rooms are comfortable and if breakfast is taken it is excellent"
"Me and my husband went for my birthday. Just 1night.it was clean staff are friendly.bed was comfortable. Could not fault the place. Would recommend family and friends to try it for themselves. And it's cheaper than weather spoons to stay. We didn't eat there but other people said the food is good.we will go again sometime. Keep up the good work all the best for the future.vivian Phil. "The room was spacious and comfortable, although was really hot the first night we stayed we had a fan in the room which cooled us down. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially the lady serving and accomodating breakfast in the morning, she made our stay and we only saw her 2 mornings for a few minutes but she was so friendly and accommodating with a really good character, a real asset to the Hotel, i would stay there again just to have her serve me breakfast!"
"Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature.
Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to.
Close to the town centre and transport routes - approximate 5 min walk from train station. I found a Lidl, a 10 minute walk away. So all within a good location, which felt safe. "
