"Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame."

"Our family suite smelled very badly of old water damage/mold. The carpet was damp along the wall and on one side of the bed. Unfortunate because otherwise, we really liked the property."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The room was very clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and good value for money. We also enjoyed the happy hour in the bar. Hotel has a great location, very close to Kensington High Street Tube. Would love to stay again."

"Great hotel and near to the tube station. Local restaurants nearby and walkable to museums and the Albert hall. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good value with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room wa a super bonus 👍😊"

"I had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned. There was a broken tile in the bathroom and the hallways were dirty."

"Used as a migrant hotel. There were people literally everywhere and the general lobby smelt horrendous. The room was very small and unclean. I didn't use the bar. Many better places around for a similar price."
