"Beautiful hotel and room. Staff was not helpful. Check-in was a nightmare as they did not give specific details where to find me room. Literally sent me to wrong tower and walked 15 minutes. Other than that it was great."

"We were there for 5 nights. On night 3 I had to call housekeeping because our room had not been cleaned since we got there and we had no clean towels. It took two calls to housekeeping for the room to be made up ( after supper). It was not made up on the 4th night and the next morning, I went to the front desk to ask that they ensure it was cleaned that day. The lady I spoke to gave off a vibe that it was no big deal and asked if I had opted out of cleaning at check-in. I confirmed that I had not. It was very frustrating."

"The room was small. Bathroom was old with cracks. The vending machines on 17th floor didn’t work. The housekeeping took an hour to give us towels because she was solo for night shift. The hotel needs to be updated. Also check out is at 11 am and check in is 4pm. Late check in and early check out compared to other hotel. First and last time here."
