I stayed 5nights, I have no complain but complements only for this hotel, I am looking forward my next stay here. There is a convenience store across the street, subway station is 5mins away, train station less than 10 mins away. "

"The rooms were small but expected that in japan, but still really comfortable. Me and my S/O fit perfectly in a 1 queen bed room. Bathroom was nice and loved the bathtub! Nice shower and bath supples. You can log in to your own netflix to your tv which was nice. The breakfast was amazing! Loved the fried eggs and omlettes. Lots of options for food. And the juice is AMAZING! "

"I wish the Godzilla terrace was open. The beds are very hard like a board. Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Good access to subway and train. The limousine bus stop to and from the airport is one block away."

"This was the perfect hotel to stay at during our first trip to Tokyo. The location: perfectly situated in Shinjuku across from the Metropolitan Government Building. Quiet yet located steps from the station and a plethora of shops. The hotel: excellent service, clean and efficient rooms, and good quality beds and pillows. Shopping: excellent shops a few minutes walk and easy access to trains and subways and taxi. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent location but a bit away from the main light rail lines.. very close to all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku though. Rooms were small but functional, if you're concerned about the bed, you can ask for additional mattress pads for more "western" style comfort."

"We stayed here to save a few bucks and it was great. Staff English is limited but they were still helpful regardless. Room was clean, and I wish I had the kind of shower pressure back home as they do here, it was awesome."
