"I was very happy with this hotel. From checking in to leaving. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, tea and coffee provided too. We used the hotel to leave our bags as our room wasn’t ready on arrival. We used the bar a couple of times and it had plenty of choice. Breakfast was really good. It was plentiful, had good choices and was being filled up constantly. We had a late check out and were able to store our cases while we headed into the Bullring which was nearby, to do some shopping before we got the train home. A great experience and would recommend. "

"Unfortunately on arrival was told the double room we paid for wasn’t available and was given a dorm with bunk beds. We had checked in in advance and arrived at 10pm so had no other option but to stay. The room was fine, just a little cold and couldn’t close the curtains so was very bright in the morning. Just frustrating when the double was paid for and had no choice but to accept a bunk bed. "

"Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall! "
