Lovely room and restaurant

We landed in the UK after a long trip from Australia, got a car and drove to this gem. Hannah was amazing, she greeted us with a warm welcome and was very hospitable, we felt very comfortable here, it was quiet and relaxing, the grounds were amazing and the breakfast was incredible… Thanks Andy, you make an amazing omelette:) Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Incredibile property facing the Incredibile Atlantic ocean view. The facilities were top notch in the very new hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend.

This is the place to stay if you want the perfect b&b in Truro. June, the owner, was a very friendly lady and gave us all the information we needed about Truro. It is a 10 minute walk to the town centre. We had the 4 poster bed room which was very comfortable and spacious. We had the best sleep of our 5-week holiday here. There was a room at the front of the house where you not only had breakfast but could also have a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate, as well as June’s wonderfully freshly...

One of the best hotel experiences we have had in the UK, great character and history, nice bar and really friendly staff. Had the beast of Bodmin for breakfast first morning which was huge and tasty and was like a gigantic full english breakfast.

A wonderful location in an absolutely beautiful building. It is spotlessly clean and very spacious and has all the facilities for an excellent stay, either overnight for for several days. Morning breakfast is delicious too. Well recommended.

Perfect spot and lovely pub by the sea - loved it

We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay. This is a straightforward, no-frills property with the essential amenities, and it met our expectations. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good cookes English breakfast and other options available to order, providing a great start to the day. We also had dinner and it was very good and reasonably priced. As the property is an older building, some noise transfer is to be expected. Sound carries...
