"The room was clean and decorated beautifully, the bedding and pillows were so cosy and soft and much needed on a cold evening! Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. Had dinner which was worth every penny and a generous portion, and the same for breakfast. It’s a steep walk up to Port Isaac but not as bad as it looks, if you turn right at the car park at the top of the hill you can walk along a path with great views that leads to a nice ice cream shop. Lovely touch of dry robes in the bedroom cupboard to be used if needed, we were very lucky with the weather so didn’t need them but would’ve been handy if a bit cold and wet! "

"Room was lovely and very spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, gym and pool area were top notch, very scenic area, felt very relaxing and quiet, we had a lovely stay and would come again. Only slight issue was the bed was advertised as a king but it was two singles which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle, but we were very happy with our stay"

Check‑in was quick and effortless, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality toiletries, plenty of charging outlets, and a well‑stocked hospitality tray. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh without being intrusive. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of options, all well-prepared, and the dining area had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to start the day on a positive note. The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to walk to key attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. I also loved the hotel’s attention to detail, from the stylish décor to the calm, welcoming ambiance throughout the building. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
