"Beautiful property with beach access. Kitchen, though seemingly well appointed, could use some replacements, particularly for the nightly cost (pans have scratched teflon, no baking sheet, etc). Loved the complimentary bottle of Prosecco and the outdoor hot tub and fire pit were lovely!"

"This is a lovely home surrounded by trees. The deck and porch were a favorite spot to unwind after a day of adventure. We found this to be a wonderful basecamp as we explored the area. It's close to the coast, Occidental, and Sanoma/Napa Valley wineries. We skipped a day trip to San Fransico in favor of a day at Armstrong State Park. Highly recommend going to the park early for a restful walk on well-maintained trails. "

"The location was perfect if you enjoy the Russian River Wineries and the Healdsburg area. The house itself is full of charm and character. It was nice to be able to unwind with friends at the dining table and play cards after a collaboratively cooked meal. The little town of Graton has a couple of good little restaurants, too!"
