"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the Maids were pleasant. The pool was clean and well kept. We dined at the Tides Restaurant and that was a fun experience. Great food and great service. Staff was always friendly. The only downfall for us was the night we arrived. We got in late, and we couldn’t find a restaurant to eat at because all the eateries in Bodega Bay closed at 8p/8:30p. And the restaurant at the hotel is reservation ONLY and they weren’t taking anymore reservations for the night :("
"The property and location were perfect for a girl's trip to the coast! It was a fairly quick walk down to the beach and the weather ended up being perfect all weekend. The house does heat up a bit into the evening so I would recommend sleeping with a lighter blanket since the back rooms get less air circulation. "
"It was tough to find a good hotel up here on our road trip, but Bodega Bay Lodge ended up being such a wonderful surprise. The view from the property is absolutely amazing — you can just sit and watch the bay for hours. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water were the perfect way to relax after driving, and the fire pits at night made it feel so cozy.
The restaurant on site was excellent, with fresh seafood and a great wine list, so we didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere else for dinner. In the morning, we took a walk down to Bodega Beach, which was such a peaceful start to the day. The whole place has this mix of comfort, charm, and relaxation that made us wish we had planned to stay longer.
We’d definitely come back on another trip — it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and really enjoy the moment."

"We enjoyed a wonderful week at this exceptional property.My wife and I along with our adult daughter were looking to get away from the valley heat and wanted a quiet, serene place with a water view to celebrate my 87th birthday. We were more than pleased with our selection. Very unique architecture with open beamed ceilings, unique art work and collectables on display and so much more. Everything was above and beyond our expectations."
