Beautiful Stay

Our stay was great! The views were wonderful and the layout of the house really suited our needs. We took a nice walk down the nearby trail and enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. Will bookmark this property for the next time we go to Bodega Bay!

Lovely, Peaceful StayWe stayed here a week to get away from house repairs nearby. It was so good to escape to total quiet and peacefulness! The house is beautiful and spacious, with lots of natural light, and with everything we needed. The kitchen is supplied with the usual kitchen things, and basic staples in the pull-out pantry (sugar, salt, seasoning). The views are great of Bodega Bay and the ocean, and the location is close to BB. We hiked both trails down to the beach, which is fun. One trailhead is just down from the house, which makes it convenient. We mostly worked during the day, so the motorized standup desk was good to have. The owner was very communicative and prompt on the couple of questions we had when we arrived.

Great View

The house was lovely and well stocked. The two main bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The tiny bedroom is fine for one or two young children. Unfortunately, the two adults that slept there found it quite cramped and had no place to put their luggage. Other than that, it was quite nice and perfect for four adults and up to 4 young children.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. One thing we found problematic was the hot water temperature was too high. We all had to be careful when we showered to avoid getting scalded.In the kitchen, facing the stove, the light above the cupboards on the left was burned out. Just an FYI.

60th Birthday

We wanted a weekend at Bodega Bay where we could celebrate my husband and best friend's 60th bdays. It was a perfect week. The house was very clean and Monica was very responsive with all communication. Mother nature was also very co-operative giving us lots of sunshine and a nice sunset! Loved this house. Thanks Monica

Amazing ocean view

We really enjoyed out stay at Monica's house. We've stayed at several VRBO houses in Bodega Bay, and this house has the most remarkable ocean view by far. The rooms are warm, clean and spacious, with a super "open concept" area in the kitchen/living room space. An added bonus, for those with difficulty climbing stairs, there are no steps at all getting into the house. This was very much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended!

The listing was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. The guys had a lot of fun with the game table. Be advised that there are ants. Secure your food. I've stayed in a few coastal rentals and this tends to be an issue. I think it just comes with the territory. Not much you can do about it.

Beautiful Clean home

We had a three night stay in this clean comfortable home. It has a nice open living, dining and kitchen area. It has a nice view of the bay. Two bedrooms have comfortable king size beds with attached bathrooms. Both of these rooms were very quiet. The other small bedroom has a full size bed and is located by the kitchen and 1/2 bathroom so it’s not as quiet. The couple that slept in there said they could hear when water was running in the house. The room with the view of the water has a fun electronic game table. As a group of 3 senior adult couples we has a lot of fun with trivial persuit. There were a lot of other games available. The kitchen was well equipped and has a large refrigerator. Our host did a great job making sure that our stay was enjoyable. We would be happy to stay at this house again.
