"This is the oldest hotel in Sydney, so we expected an older building. We loved the area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were only two issues that were problematic. The office is only open for limited hours, and there is no elevator. My wife is a bit handicapped, so getting to the 4th floor was a bit of an issue. Since it is a historic building, they cannot add an elevator. I would, and am, staying there again later this week."

"Nice stay, the staff was incredible. However, for a Four Seasons property it was ok. It needs upgrading, and our room was small. But the service and location was top notch. The sauna, steam room, pool area and rooms need upgradating."
