The staff were pleasant, the room comfortable if dated. Good location. There were some blue lights built into the ceiling which I couldn’t turn off and these disturbed my sleep. Dusty in places which makes me think about the cleanliness albeit nothing was dirty

Pretty good mid range London hotel

Well positioned hotel surrounded by restaurants and tourist areas. Rooms are small as most London. Staff is a team and all good. Hotel is going to be modified to better integrate reception and restaurant- very much needed. Reasonable value in very expensive city.
