The space

Step into a home designed for comfortable group living. Original hardwood floors and custom Arts and Crafts details throughout create warmth and character, while the 2018 renovation brought the house and outdoor spaces into the modern era.

The first floor flows beautifully for entertaining and relaxation. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features a gas range and generous counter space—perfect for preparing group meals. Adjacent dining area seats everyone comfortably, while multiple living areas give your group options: gather around the large TV in the main living room, curl up with a book in the quiet sitting room, stretch out in the bonus room, or challenge each other to board games.

Upstairs, you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed, plus 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom opens onto an upper deck with peaceful mountain views. A half bath on the main floor rounds out the accommodations.

Step outside to discover why this property truly shines. The renovated back deck is your headquarters for grilling, dining al fresco, and enjoying those famous Blue Ridge sunsets. Fire up the gas grill while others relax in the hot tub or play lawn games. During warmer months (May-September), cool off in the full-size in-ground pool.

The 3-acre property extends to the Swannanoa River—a wide, rocky waterway perfect for wading, exploring, and fishing (license recommended). While it's more suited to playing in the shallows than swimming laps, it's a magical spot for kids and adults alike.

Front and back porches with multiple seating areas invite you to slow down and soak in mountain living at its finest.
