Summary:
Security deposit preauthorisation of £125.00 is required during online check-in. If house rules are followed and no damages caused, preauthorisation clears from your bank statement 5-7 working days after your check-out. There will be no money coming into your account! It'll appear as if the transaction never happened. Our keyless self-check-in allows for an effortless access to the property any time after 4:00pm. All check-in information and further steps will be provided on your Boarding Pass. Completing online check-in will result in automatic access codes release via your Boarding Pass around 90 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. We may meet and greet you in person, check photo ID and bank card used for the payment in case of a suspicion of fraudulent booking. All properties are equipped with CCTV that monitor who enters and leaves the property.

After a reservation is made confirmation email with the further check-in instructions will be sent.

Details for self check-in and access codes will be released after online check in is completed. This will be emailed about 30 minutes after the initial reservation is made.
