"My husband, myself and our 3 (two teenagers and a 11 year old) kids stayed here for 3 days. This place was clean and in a great location (just down the street from the promenade des anglais). For a small space it was well equipped, although we didn’t cook any meals there so I can’t say if it has everything you’d need to make a meal, but it has ample cutlery and dishes. The check-in process was easy. It was quite hot in Nice when we stayed there and I was worried about whether or not the AC unit...

"We were told that the apartment we originally booked had a flooding issue and is unavailable, so were given a different one in the same Old Town location. Location was great. The property - not so much. As soon as you open the door, the smell of mildew and urine hits your nose. There was no shampoo/conditioner. The apartment "living room" was tiny, and if you were to put up the clothes hanger to dry your laundry - you either could not stay in the living room, or could not get through the kitchen...
