"This is a great hotel within 2 min walking distance to the beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Fairly quiet but due to no carpets (normal in hot countries/areas)"

"On arrival there was a problem with my room but the girl on front desk quickly changed my room to one that was perfectly acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very good and the view from the balcony was lovely. The breakfast buffet and choices were fantastic with lots of healthy options and the quality was excellent."

"My friend and I totally enjoyed our stay at Royal Antibes. The apartment met all our needs and very comfortable. We had daily cleaning that was very complete The location was great The only changes I recommend is a tv in the main bedroom. This should be a fixture in a luxury suite. Also I thought use of the beach area should have been complimentary to guests"

"The property is well located with a bus stop right outside from where you can easily get around. It’s easy to access from the train station. The pools are lovely and the view from the rooftop pool is great. Views from the rooms is very dependent on what side of the building you are on and which end. A few rooms have sea views but not many. If you were on the side where the construction works are ongoing it would have been a very different stay and we wouldn’t have enjoyed it. The sofabed was very comfortable and easy to open out and put away. The bunk beds weren’t in their own room but in the narrow hallway when you enter the room which means you can’t access the bathroom and toilet without waking up the people in the bunks. The pillows were yellow and dirty when we took the covers off at the end of our stay. Communication before we arrived was very poor. No replies to any of our messages and hotels.com also said they couldn’t get any response from the property before we travelled. "

"Secure parking 8€ , lovely apartment, very comfortable, easy checkin , friendly staff..very clean complexe..small drawback, self clean apartment , take away rubbish, we were only one night, so no issues for us..and advertised pool not open until 10:00am , too late for our early departure..but otherwise very nice affordable complex "
