"Quand je suis arrive à l’appartement il donnait l’impression que personne n’avait venue faire le ménage. Il y avait des serviettes sales dans la douche, et ne pas des serviettes propres, il y avait l’eau par terre à la cuisine, il manquait des sacs pour les poubelles, il n’y avait pas savon et shampooing.
