"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"A group of 6 women (all over 45) on a long weekend to Nice. The apartment was just fab. Really nice decoration, one bathroom per bedroom, very comfortable beds (and quality bedding and pillows) and the location is amazing (right where you want to be). The only negative is it's very noisy due to being located on a busy street so some of our party struggled with the noise at night - but we knew that would be the case as you can't have that location and expect it to be quiet! The communal hallway...

"The appartment was perfectly situated just off the main avenue and tram route from the airport inside the old town ,an easy walk from the main tram station. The appointment is on the 2nd floor with 4 short flights of stairs to climb. You have all the items you need to enjoy your stay laid out in a typical French style although the access to the bath and wc can be a tight squeeze....a comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space . "Muy lindo el departamento,limpio y confortable. Faltaron toalló y toalla para el 3°huésped, Tendría que haber tenido una jarra eléctrica o un recipiente donde calentar agua para un simple té. Deficiente la vajilla solo 4 tacitas de café …sin platos ni cubiertos…y al menos dejar 3 saquitos de café ,no solo 2 ,sabiendo que éramos 3.
