"I feel like there needs to be better communication within the staff within the hotel itself. When I checked in, someone’s stuff was already in my room, and they just assumed that they belonged with me, even though I stated there was only one person which was myself for the room. They still kept asking and almost put myself in the room with the other person stuff. I felt like it was obviously not very well organized. Not sure how within a hotel they can’t confirm that and just assume I’m staying with someone else and allowed someone to be in my room and I confirm three or four times that I did not know the name of the person and I was staying by myself."

"Arrived at the hotel to be told sunbeds on the private beach (which is why we choose the hotel to begin with) were 35 or 45 euros each! Not once did we see this mentioned. Secondly and this is the worst part / our bed sheets were stained with blood and what looked like urine. I called reception and the women came up with new sheets (my husband had to help here change them?!) - she didn’t apologise one nor did anyone say or do anything the next day. Terrible service and quite rude. Location was the best thing about this hotel even though we were starring at apartments which isn’t what we call a ‘city view’ Value for money don’t bother"

"My fourth stay in four years. This hotel is one of the reason I go back to the Cote d'Azur. They make me feel welcome, special and relaxed. The rooms may not be super modern and slick, but to me that is part of the charm of this traditional hotel. It feels classy, not hip. It feels luxurious without being pretentious. The staff is excellent and always friendly. The prices for the spa, food and beach are not cheap, but it is is a luxury hotel on the Croisette, so that is to be expected. I did treat myself to a Spa day, and it was worth it. Looking forward to next years stay."
