"The entrance to the HOrel West End is absolutely stunning. The hotel is not only well maintained, it is truly beautiful. The staff are attentive, professional and helpful to us and to each other. The breakfast buffet was no different. There were numerous choices, it was well stocked and efficiently maintained, satisfying all kinds of taste and dietary needs. The restaurant staff are equally professional. The dining room is so lush and green with a view of the sea – – an absolutely beautiful experience. Our “Classic” room, though it could definitely use a decor refresh, was clean, comfortable and easily accessible by elevator or stair. The location of the hotel could not be better—right across the promenade to a perfect spot on the beach. We had an excellent time in your truly beautiful city and your hotel had no small part in providing an excellent experience. Thank you!"
