Nice hotel is a quiet, safe area. Lovely (long) walk along the promenade into the old town. Hotel has a great rooftop pool area. The rooms are fine for 2 but a big squeeze for 3 or 4, as the family rooms are just the same size!!

Aymen and Nael were so welcoming and accommodating on my arrival! It set the tone for an amazing stay. I liked it so much I stayed two more nights. The location is a dream and taking the bikes to downtown Nice is really fun.

Great location & wonderful service!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made all the difference with our family stay! Our suite was spacious and the balcony view of the city and sea was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach access. Close to the airport. Easy access to the tram to go to Old Town and other sites. Highly recommend!!

Pro: The hotel is modern and renovated. We had pretty good room with a view. The pool and restaurant area on the roof top is nice. Cons: This is not a central hotel and it’s about 40min walk to the center or an 10min ride. The beach chairs are not free for the guests, actually nothing is really free you have to pay for pretty much everything to use accept the pool area. The sink and toilet should have been changed along with the renovation.

My second stay here, I think this is a fab hotel with great facilities, I think change over in staff training but were all helpful. The Pool was clean .An idea for hotel is a big wheels bin for used towel as not clear what sun beds are available. Breakfast was fab you can get eggs made how you like for no extra charge . Overall I had a lovely experience as quiet hotel for this area

The staff here is extremely rude. We had a terrible encounter with the concierge. Come to find out management knows all about his horrible attitude. Location is good here if you are taking the bus, trams but if you are reliant on just walking it is pretty far from restaurants and beach clubs. L2 and L3 are behind the hotel and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

This was a wonderful stay. The workers at the desk were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room had an amazing view. They even had water at the entrance.

I liked the location and the balcony and the size of the room. The hallway and room had bad smell, we asked them about the smell and they sprayed the room but next day the smell is there and the same smell in the hallway, it seems the carpet smells bad. The room was always hot and the pillows are not comfortable. We were unable to access the private beach because it was always fully booked. It's over rated for what you get in return.
