"Having traveled to many countries and staying in several luxury hotels and resorts this is by far one of my top five stays. They exemplify white glove service, the room was immaculate and well designed, the bed and the bedding were most comfortable. The conveniences that you get staying in this area is worth the price. "Nice hotel with a good bar in the lobby and a decent restaurant. The room was spacious and clean but lacked in interior decorating - a couple of pictures on the walls was about all. The biggest downside was that the room was hot at night as, like others we encountered on this trip, they had the heat on with no option for air conditioning. "The hotel has great location, near to Guggenheim, and other tourist spots, bus accessible. Staff are helpful. The air conditioning and air circulation need some adjustment as it is quite warm. "
