The staff throughout my stay were friendly helpful and didn't have to wait for anything, bar, safe deposit box etc. It is ideally located for the Old Town (15 minutes walk) Gugenheim (20 minutes walk) there are also excellent bars and restaurants right outside. Thank you for a pleasant stay"

"Location was great for us and walkable to most places. Transportation was available to the best sites like museums so close to the train station, subway and buses. Breakfast was a zoo though. Too many people in too small a space. Rooms were small for my liking but we spent little time in it. No views in this busy part of the city to talk to."

"We spent 2 nights at Ilunion and were very satisfied with our stay. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The only noise we would hear at night were the other guests closing their doors as they did not close softly. The room was clean and the bathroom was large with lots of storage for our toiletries. The hotel is very close to the football stadium so there were many sports fan in for the game. It is also well located to all sites as well as the bus and train stations."
