Underground car park. We stayed while passing through on motorbikes. Hotel is a nice distance from city centre and is definitely motorbike friendly. But i recomend you enter the carpark from the rear entrance if on 2 wheels, the ramp on front of the hotel is very slippy when wet!

Nice hotel

Only stayed one night but it looked like a nice hotel to stay for several days. Only slight drawback was the location which is a bit of a walk out of town up a steep hill. Room was clean and comfortable, nice shower. Breakfast excellent and reception staff very friendly and helpful.

I liked the location of the property it was in a nice area and close to public transportation. It was clean and the staff was amazing. My only complaint is that the doors to the rooms are heavy and impossible to close quietly.So every time someone enters or exits their room it is loud . The breakfast buffet was really good too.I would definitely stay there again even with the loud doors.

Excellent hotel, with very friendly staff - especially the lady who served me dinner my first night. I forget her name. The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, but once I got there I realised there's a metro stop just a 2 min walk away. It's only one stop from the old town then. Highly recommend this place.

This was my 4 th stay at this hotel. It is convenient and easily located. Parking is good and the metro is nearby. The staff are terrific and helpful. The lobby area and restaurant are very modern and nice looking. I highly recommend it.

Good location in Bilbao. Super friendly and service oriented staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Really a shame that the outdoor pool was closed even though heavily advertised with on booking and hotel site, in a week when day time temp was 30 deg C. Car park is expensive at € 20 / night.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was great quality and value for money. Staff extremely friendly. Location is a little further out of the old town that we would have liked but there is a metro station very near and the walk is only 30 mins. To use the spa is extra, but all the info was very clear when we booked. I would recommend and stay again.

Occidental Bilbao

The hotel is clean and functional, within a 15 minute walk of the old town. The area around the hotel is quite run down, there’s a metro stop about mins walk away. Rooms are small but the en suites are good. Gym and spa are not part of the hotel but in a separate part of the basement, hotel guests must pay extra to use them each time they visit.

Nice rooms and clean. The restaurant and the breakfast was a disaster. All the table were a mess every morning and only 1 staff working. The dinner wasn´t that good either. Small portion of entrecote and the salad was old pieces of lettuce.

A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar.
