Stayed at the JW Marriott recently on my first visit to Berlin. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly, hotel was clean and in a very convenient / central location.
Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well!
Only comments would be that the gym could do with a bit of an upgrade / maintenance and there are limited food options around the hotel itself, but other than that it was perfect!

Reception check in / out was smooth.
Room descriptions are misleading - double bed is provided with two singles joined together with double sheets.
Breakfast good, don’t sit near balcony though the number of smoking guests smell enters the breakfast area - similarly the amount of smell / smokers at front entrance entry - you need to hold your breath and run.
Also you are not allowed into sauna unless you are naked !!
Good local for airport and city via train / subway - hotel can give u day...

It was further away from central Berlin than I would’ve liked but transport is very easy so that doesn’t impact my review. Im a tough critic too. I would absolutely stay there again.

hotel was very clean and spacious. Area was a bit far out of the city but the nearby railway made it easy to get there with a couple of changes. Only thing was staff was a bit hesitant to help

Such a great little boutique hotel, in the perfect spot with public transport and shopping available at your door stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here for a short or long trip to Berlin.
