"We have stayed at this property a number of times over the last few years due to family in the are... and we will certainly be staying again! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Our original booking request for a 2nd floor room on the back side wasn't applied to our booking. The desk clerk.. (sorry I dont recall his name ) ... was super accommodating, even upgrading our room so he could get us onto the 2nd floor on the back side. So nice to have choices for a hot or cold breakfast...

"My husband and I had a last minute change of plans, and needed a place to stay for the night. This was the last available room in the Bend area. This is a classic motel from years ago. Yes, the exterior needs some work, and it looks like the owners are working on it. The interior walls have some cracks in the ceiling, not surprising for an aging motel. "Excellent staff interaction. From manager to kitchen staff. Alejandro presented us a very clean room. Royce was very enjoyable to talk to in the bar. Two other staff members who appeared to work in both the bar and food area were very nice to talk with. First time there and will definitely look up the Peppertree on our next trip to Bend."
