"Great stay and a great place for the entire family"

"View of beach was nice, had a nice pool and hot tub. However, elevator extremely slow and made noises. Pull out bed had crumbs all over it so couldn’t use, mirror to closet totally off track, shower missing pull to turn on shower. Overall room was dirty looking, caulking all over walls in cracks, dirty walls, bathroom walls dirty and looked old. Nice location, but I think I would choose a different hotel even if had to walk a bit, to have a cleaner room. Also had adjoining room and people down the way were up till 3 am yelling, slamming doors, partying, walls were very thin got very little sleep."

"Parking was limited and tight for full size pickup. Room was clean, but hotel is very dated. Feel its time for a full make over. Staff was nice and friendly. "

"The hotel was beautiful. However, I was checked in by a gentlemen that seemed miserable. We received zero information about the property. I didn’t know how to find information independently until I seen the QR code. I asked the bar for a plastic fork. He said okay and then just didn’t get one. No explanation just left us standing there. After 10 minutes the other bartender asked if we needed anything.Anytime I asked a question it seemed like I was annoying the front desk staff. Room was serviced twice no conditioner. I bought my own so I didn’t have to ask. The service was not what I expected from a hotel this expensive. "

"The restaurant wasn’t Very good. The food was mediocre and not much of a variety. The was no bar to even have a glass of wine. Many people complained about their reservations while we were at the desk. The staff was helpful but nothing they could do to fix the restaurant."

"This is a great hotel room overal. However people are loud walking through the hallways, the doors are super thin. It definately showed wear and tear. It was great for what we needed and the staff was amazing. "
